What to send for the fastest proposal

The site address and, if you have it, the lot and DP number.
What you want to build: a sentence is enough. Concept plans or a sketch help.
Any documents you hold: survey, 10.7 certificate, contract, title, existing approvals.
Your deadline: cooling-off period, finance or a builder's program.

Already have a council letter? If council has asked for more information or recommended refusal, send the letter and the DA number. We will tell you what is actually being asked and how to answer it.
